Personal mentoring

For business owners and leaders

Make progress on what matters – with room in the plan for your health and your life.

I work with you to understand what drains your focus and energy, build a plan that fits your work and health, and support its implementation and adjustment as we go.

Clear priorities, a personal plan and ongoing support to put it into practice and review progress.

Health and energy

How are you doing beyond your to-do list?

Personal mentoring considers your work situation, sleep, energy and health together. We identify what to work on and what may need medical assessment.

Your health is part of the picture

We discuss sleep, energy, stress and relevant symptoms, including weight or libido changes if these concern you. The need for investigations depends on history and symptoms. Medical coordination and discussion of results are included within the agreed scope.

These are reflection prompts, not fields for collecting health information in the enquiry form.

  1. 01

Does work stay on your mind after the working day ends?

  2. 02

Do you wake feeling rested, or start the day already tired?

  3. 03

How is your energy throughout the day? Are you putting off health concerns because of work?

What will you take away?

Topics shaped around your needs

Topics

01

Understand the starting point

Two opening sessions of 90 minutes each. We discuss your circumstances, NAI questions and report, health history, sleep and energy.

02

Leave with a clear first step

After the two sessions: a situation summary, two or three priorities, baseline indicators, any need for medical assessment and a two-week plan.

03

Apply, review and adjust

Six follow-up sessions of 60 minutes each. Meetings are weekly in the first month, then every two weeks. We review implementation and adapt the plan.

04

Support between sessions

A personal space for goals and tasks, a short daily prompt prepared or approved by me, and reading or videos when useful. Contact Monday to Friday within an agreed arrangement.

How we work together

Process and format

Core format: 12 weeks and 8 individual sessions. A longer engagement can be discussed if needed. Scope and fees are agreed individually before starting.

Programme schedule

Weeks 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12

Two opening sessions of 90 minutes each, followed by six sessions of 60 minutes.

The arrangement for providing the personal goals-and-tasks space, the contact channel and the follow-up approach is agreed before the start.

  1. 01

    Within the agreed scope

Sessions, discussion of NAI, planning and revisions, tasks and prompts, and progress reviews. Medical coordination and discussion of results within the agreed remit.

  2. 02

    Investigations and external services

Blood tests, hormones, nutrients and imaging are considered when medically indicated. Laboratories, imaging, other specialists, medicines and supplements are charged separately and explained beforehand.

  3. 03

    A clear working arrangement

NAI and the eight-system questions support reflection and structured discussion; they do not replace medical diagnosis. The contact channel, response time and limits of support are agreed before starting.

Written proposal

A proposal for your needs

We start by discussing your needs and the purpose of the engagement. You then receive a written proposal setting out the scope, fee and any additional costs before committing.

Briefly describe your situation and what you would like to change. We discuss fit and scope before starting. Medical details belong in a suitable confidential consultation, not the general enquiry form.

Enquiry

Let’s start with what you need

Briefly describe your need. We review the enquiry and discuss the right format before any agreement.

Which service would you like to ask about?

A short description is enough. Please do not send medical reports or sensitive health details through this form.

Preference for a short introductory call

This is an optional preference, not a confirmed booking. Our team will confirm availability before arranging a call.

Scope and logistics

How we work together

Travel, accommodation and applicable taxes are itemised in the proposal. Recording, redistribution and simultaneous interpretation require a separate agreement. The organiser provides the venue and equipment or online platform.

Any medical services depend on your location and the applicable professional scope, with coordination with your treating clinician when needed. Mentoring is not an emergency service. No particular health or income outcome is guaranteed.

Questions before we begin

Before we begin

Can the content be tailored?

Yes. We start with your team, the challenge and the desired outcome, then adapt topics, examples and activities within my area of expertise.

Are keynotes and workshops suitable for marketing and sales teams?

Yes. We adapt examples to your team: focus and collaboration, understanding customers in sales, and attention and clear messages in marketing. Each session has one specific focus.

How are fees determined?

They depend on the format, duration, group size, customisation and delivery requirements. A written proposal is provided before booking.

Do keynotes and workshops include medical services?

These are educational and practical learning formats. Individual medical assessment or care requires a separately defined scope.
